Our story

Why UNIT3D exists.

Most short-let management is built for corporate portfolios: hundreds of units, anonymous hosts, and revenue numbers landlords are asked to take on trust. We started UNIT3D to do the opposite — a small, carefully run collection of London homes where the individual landlord knows exactly what their property earns, and every guest is treated like the first.

The operating discipline comes from eight years of management consulting; the hospitality playbook comes from an established operator running 60+ short-let units across Leeds, Brighton and York. Together that means structured onboarding, tested pricing tools, professional cleaning standards — and a person who answers the phone.

We cover Central, North, North West and West London, plus the Hertfordshire outskirts — the neighbourhoods we know street by street.

Harshil Shah.

Harshil spent 8 years in management consulting — at Deloitte and specialist consultancy Moorhouse — delivering complex programmes for organisations that don't accept sloppiness. He brings the same standard to property: structured delivery, clear reporting, and relationships built on transparency.

UNIT3D is backed by an operator running 60+ active short-let units across Leeds, Brighton and York, whose dynamic pricing tools, guest screening and operational playbooks are plugged in from day one — so a new UNIT3D home runs like the sixty-first unit, not the first.

He works with individual landlords, not corporate portfolios — and personally oversees every property in the collection.
