What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Need an earlier arrival or later departure? Message us before your stay — where the calendar allows, we'll accommodate it.

Why do you verify guest ID?

Every booking includes a quick, secure ID verification before check-in. It keeps our homes, our neighbours and our community of guests safe — and it takes under two minutes.

Do you take a security deposit?

Yes — a refundable security deposit is pre-authorised before check-in and released shortly after check-out, provided the home is left in good order. The amount is shown clearly before you book.

Is booking direct really cheaper?

Always. Booking platforms add service fees on top of the nightly rate; booking with us directly skips them, so our direct price is guaranteed to be our lowest.

How is each stay cleaned?

Professionally, before every stay — fresh linen and towels included — and inspected against the same hotel-standard checklist every time.
